The problem

OTHER SITES don't let you filter by “hires under 18”. So if you're 15 and looking for your first job, you apply to things, wait, and find out you were never eligible. Employers who do hire minors rarely say so in the posting, because there's nowhere obvious to say it.

The information exists. It just isn't anywhere you can search.

What we do differently

Employers tell us the minimum age themselves, and we show it on every listing. Not guessed, not inferred from the job title, stated by the person doing the hiring.

Where we've found a listing ourselves and the posting didn't mention an age, we say “age not listed” rather than making a number up. Being honest about what we don't know is the whole point of a site like this.

We also publish Know Your Rights , hours, permits, and the jobs you're not allowed to do yet. Nobody else bothers, and it's the thing most teenagers have never been told.

Who we are

Me and my boy were just chilling one day and we were thinking damn we broke ash, so we went and were like damn we gotta get a job, but then we were like damn I ain't really built for this 9-5 life u feel me so we were thinking we would just help people who are built for that life find jobs to make a little extra money. everybody wins!!!!!!

What we're not

We're a directory. We don't employ anyone, we're not a staffing agency, and we don't verify what employers tell us. Applying happens on the employer's own site, we just point you there.

We don't ask teenagers to make an account, and we don't collect resumes. Browsing and applying need nothing from you.

Listing is free. It takes about two minutes and links back to wherever you're already advertising the role.
